Each workstation uses the international first-class welding power supply-American Miller (AUTO SCWH5000-A/B , monofilament double welding gun/double wire double welding gun), equipped with automatic weld tracking system, the equipment has excellent performance and stable quality. Each workstation has been uniquely designed to be suitable for steel structure production (H-type, box-type, stiff cross columns, steel pipe columns, etc.), as well as welding operations during the manufacturing process of pressure vessels and wind towers.

The WPWS1000-G-I gas-shielded welding workstation is a new type of high-tech multi-functional automatic welding equipment integrating mechanical and electrical automatic control. The machine has a dual gun configuration and can be used for tube-tube, tube-fitting butt welds and fillet welds; it is suitable for the surfacing of inner and outer walls of tube-fitting of special equipment such as pressure pipes, pressure vessels, boilers, etc. It is also suitable for surfacing welding of round parts such as manhole covers and flange sealing surfaces.
