According to the zoning of workshop functions, the weights of different types of components, and comprehensive consideration of work efficiency, we reasonably configure workshop lifting equipment. The cranes in the main processing workshop are arranged on three floors, including the main crane (100t/50t), the auxiliary crane, and the auxiliary semi-door cranes (total: 40 units). They have a clear division of labor and complement each other. Two 100-ton cranes are arranged in the finished product workshop, ensuring that the maximum single-span lifting capacity of the processing workshop and the finished product workshop reaches 200 tons, forming a complete large-scale component processing production line.
